Signup

Signup for a "30 days Trial Version" to check our system features and services or Subscribe directly to your desired service for unlimited tests.

we have the following services for you to choose from:

  • CLI (Calling Line Identity)
  • VQ (Voice Quality)
  • LCR (Least Cost Routing)

Confirm Your Email

After signup / subscribe in our services you will receive an email to confirm your registration details.
All you have to do is pressing on the confirmation link in the email.

Login

Login to your dashboard using the email and password you entered during your signup process.

Configuration


Create Vendor

After loggin, go to the sidebar and choose "vendors" section, then enter the following details:

  • Vendor Name: Any desired vendor name e.g: Jikatel
  • Trunk IP: Your switch IP e.g 127.0.0.1
  • Codec: Choose your preferred codec for your vendor.
  • Trunk Tech Prefix: Prefix for this vendor.

Note: Please notice the Fixed Prefix field in the Vendors section, this tells you about the fixed part of your prefix. when you enter your Trunk Tech Prefix field, you will have to allow it to pass in your VOS with the Fixed Prefix.

e.g: if your Fixed Prefix is "104" and you entered "1002" in your Trunk Tech Prefix the whole tech prefix you have to allow in your VOS is "1041002".

Upload / Create Rates

When you finish creating your vendor, go to "Rates" section from the sidebar.

  1. Choose your desired vendor (Enter first latter).
  2. Select your rates file (Excel file .xlsx).
  3. Press on "Upload Rates"

Rates file must be an Excel file with .xlsx format.

Content of the Rates file must be as the following as shown in the picture.

Note: "rate", "dialcode" and "effective_date" columns must exsits with the same name small case as mentioned. Any other columns wouldn't effect the rates uploading process.

Note: effective date under the "effective_date" column must be in the following format m/d/y e.g: 5/12/2019 as a date column excel type.

Note: columns order doesn't affect rates uploading process.

Create Rates Manually

You can create rates manually if you don't want to upload rates using excel files by pressing on the "Manual Rate Create" button and filling the rate form.

Start Testing


When you done from creating / uploading rates for your vendors, you can start testing your routes by using your service testing tools.

Depending on the kind of service you have you can choose from sidebar:

  • CLI Testing
  • VQ Testing
  • LCR Testing

CLI Testing

Calling Line Identity Tester its to allow you to Test your supplier voip route CLI if displayed correct on the called party's device.

Steps for testing:

  1. Select Vendor
  2. Select Destination
  3. Set Caller ID
  4. Press "Make Test" Button

VQ Testing

Allows you test your Voip route supplier for PDD, MOS, FAS, RTP, RBT, Recording Audio .log file and much more.

Steps for testing:

  1. Select Vendor
  2. Select Destination
  3. Select Test Type: Connection, RBT or VQ
  4. Set Caller ID
  5. Set Testing Numbers
  6. Press "Make Test" Button

Note: You can choose to generate numbers or use or database numbers for your selected destination.

LCR Testing

Least Cost Routing: allows you to upload your Vendors rates offers into MRT Rate Page to calculate and compare Lowest rate and displayed in LCR Table and Make instant live Test..(Dedicated Server).
